Since 2005, Wayne has dedicated his professional life to the real estate industry. He began his career inspecting HUD homes and working with tenants and landlords — experience that led him to open a Property Management company that continues to operate today.
With a background in Mechanical Engineering and Hospitality, Wayne brings a rare combination of analytical precision and genuine people skills to every transaction. Being numbers-based, data-driven, and people-focused has served his clients tremendously throughout his career.
